How does it work?
You describe what is bothering you or your loved one and, if necessary, show the symptoms of the disease via chat or video call.
The doctor will ask you for all the necessary information, and during the video call he will also examine you on camera, and based on this he will determine the cause of your problem and recommend how you should proceed.
If the doctor considers that a personal examination would be necessary, he/she will recommend a clinic where you can make an appointment.
If your condition or course of recommended treatment requires it, our doctor will arrange a further chat or video call to check that your condition is improving.
