How does it work?
You describe to the doctor via chat what is bothering you or your loved one, what the symptoms are, how long the condition has been going on or what treatments you have tried so far.
The doctor will read your report, diagnose your problem, determine the cause and recommend how you should proceed. He or she may ask you additional questions to make sure he or she is working with as much information as possible.
If the GP thinks he or she may also need a specialist opinion, he or she will consult colleagues who specialise in the area of medicine your problem falls into - if you agree.
The doctor will then advise you on appropriate treatment or, in more serious cases, refer you to a medical centre that you should prefer to visit in person.
